Advancing Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Priority Team

Finance and Business have made diversity a part of our strategic planning for over two decades. We have made significant strides and plan to continue leading the way.

Our Advancing Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Priority Team is focused on identifying ways to ensure a safe and welcoming climate for all of our staff within Finance and Business, on ensuring that they are valued, appreciated, respected, and feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves day in and day out.

Goals

  • Support and engage in efforts to help employees develop and maintain a sense of belonging.

  • Develop, support, and implement meaningful educational and programmatic efforts.

  • Support efforts to increase the recruitment, retention, and career advancement of staff from historically underrepresented and marginalized backgrounds.
