The Office of Diversity & Inclusion is a unit of Penn State's Finance & Business. It enhances the diversity of the Finance and Business workforce through resources and programs designed to help Finance and Business employees succeed, learn, grow, and become more engaged in matters related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The office works to help Finance and Business employees develop a sense of belonging within their workplace environments by supporting efforts and initiatives designed to ensure employees feel comfortable being their true and authentic selves.
The office also leads the Finance and Business Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategic Priority.
Under the auspices of Finance and Business, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion offers leadership and guidance to foster a workplace culture where all staff members feel valued, appreciated, and respected.
