Our Advancing Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Priority Team is focused on identifying ways to ensure a safe and welcoming climate for all of our staff within Finance & Business, to ensure that they are valued, appreciated, respected, and feel comfortable showing up as their true and authentic selves day in and day out.

Goals

Support and engage in efforts to help employees develop and maintain a sense of belonging.
Develop, support, and implement meaningful educational and programmatic efforts.
Support efforts to increase the recruitment, retention, and career advancement of staff from historically underrepresented and marginalized backgrounds.
