Office of Diversity and Inclusion's Community of Engaged Employees (ODICEE)

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion is pleased to provide opportunities to empower staff with the skills and tools needed to better serve their respective constituencies not only within Finance and Business but throughout the Penn State community. This new initiative is called the Office of Diversity and Inclusion’s Community of Engaged Employees, or ODICEE for short. This is pronounced “odyssey,” as we often say that by doing this work, you’re joining us on the journey of creating a more equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplace. 

On Friday mornings, once per month, guest speakers share their knowledge and experiences around a particular topic that can enable employees' growth in the DEI space.

ODICEE participants are also provided access to a SharePoint site with materials and resources provided by guest speakers as well as those suggested by fellow participants.
